These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PNWHS RMC resident mobile application, administrative web portal, and related services (collectively, "the Service"), operated by PNWHS RMC ("we", "us", "the Society"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for registered property owners, tenants, and authorized RMC staff of PNWHS Bin Qasim. Self-registration through the mobile app is subject to verification and approval by the RMC office before account activation.
2. Resident Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including CNIC, contact details, and property ownership documentation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Maintenance, water, and security fees billed through the Service remain payable according to the Society's fee schedule regardless of whether you use the digital portal to pay them.
3. Payments
Payments may be made through our integrated payment gateway partner, direct bank transfer with proof submission, or in person at the RMC office. Payments made through the digital portal are subject to verification before a challan is marked as paid. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on erroneous or duplicate payments.
4. Complaints, NOC Requests, and Visitor Passes
Complaints, No-Objection Certificate (NOC) requests, and visitor passes submitted through the Service are reviewed and processed by RMC staff. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts found to be providing false information, engaging in fraudulent payment activity, or violating Society bylaws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we take reasonable measures to maintain accuracy and uptime, we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party payment gateway issues, or inaccuracies in resident-submitted information.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the applicable Society bylaws of PNWHS Bin Qasim.
